  Our family room was croded, but satisfactory. The check-in staff were very helpful. They provided information regarding travelling into Venice by train, and maps/boat info for Venice. They also sold train tickets. The station was within walking distance, however we drove and found plenty of free parking nearby. Excellent breakfast although dinner just 'so-so' at the price. (Local restaurant 2 minutes walk was also rather expensive, and had irritating Cover Charge of nearly £2 each!). Location of hotel very good, quiet and with trains to Venice just 15 minutes walk away and costing around £5 return, Hotel sells train tickets too. WiFi in rooms poor, but free internet in the lobby.

  The price, location and having a kitchen were good for us. The location of the train station within a 5 minute drive and a place to park the car at the station for no charge to get to Venice. They accommodated a last minute change in plans for us. There is a market and restaurants within walking distance. - For the budget minded traveler who isn't concerned with being in Venice, but who can conveniently access it and the airport via train bus, or car. This is a great value. The town is cute and has a local flavor and a few attractions and restaurants that are interesting and good. The apartment was plain but had all the conveniences promised. The staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival.

  The whole experience was wonderful. The hotel staff went overboard to make sure that we were comfortable. Their shuttle to downtown Venice and the airport was always right on time. The van was clean and modern. The drivers were exceptionally friendly. Very close to McDonald's, the Marcon mall, etc. Venezia isn't far from the hotel, nor is the airport either. The staff was friendly, and I really enjoyed my stay. The wellness center was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel.
