  I can not say enough positive stuff about camping village Roma! We staying for 2 nights, then travelled some more and then stayed another 2 nights on the way back. During both stays, staff were 100% friendly, helpful and full of information, even those who did speak english found a way!   It was very convenient to get to the Vatican City while the Metro is close too. Our first impressions where rather low as the area the hotel is in has a rather dodgy feel. We think the place is actually a regular office place/flat and they have turned it into a one-floor hotel. We went over the Easter weekend and was provided with some nice breads, cakes, Italian coffee and juices for the occ - Really pleased we chose to stay here for our 2 nights in Rome! It's a 2 minute walk from the metro station. Probably best to print a map before you come because there isnt a huge sign, its a ground floor appartment in a big residential building. Reception staff gave us a map of Rome, and hepled us plan where we wanted to go and where was best to eat etc. Great air con, wifi good. Nice shower.

  We were catching a very early flight so we decided to stay since the price is right and it was within 15minutes of the airport. We had to get up and leave at 0330 and the owner got up and checked us out and even made us Cafe and cookies.
