We were me, my wife and two children (4 and 6 years old).
The apartment is large: big living room, kids bedroom, adult bedroom, bathroom and three balconies.
Luxury kitchen with anything you need, all is new and nice.

This place is just ideal for spending a vacation on the Garda lake, especially in summer. This apartment hotel is very comfortable, provides a fantastic view on the lake and its eastern coast. We loved this hotel. It is kind of "old-fashioned" and very well kept, very clean and very charming. We felt like home, thanks to the friendliness of the family that runs it. The staff were all very friendly. George even took us in his own car to Sirmione rather than book us a taxi! Breakfast was lovely and the food very fresh. The staff was great, knowledgeable of the area and very friendly. The pool was beautiful but cold in the beginning of May. We walked around the town and we were quite close to the middle of Sirmione, about 200m. The staff recommended a boat ride around the island, 40 Euros, and a trip across the Lake to Lazio. Both were excellent. The breakfast was extensive and delicious.

Location is right in the heart of the historic centre. Beside many good restaurants and the ferry boats. Spotlessly clean! Lovely themed rooms with lilac featuring heavily but worked well. We stayed in Audrey which has balcony over looking square and you can see the lake as well.
