Very good location, to the sea ca 300m, clean rooms, parking, wifi
The price was great for what you received. The neighborhood was quiet but close to shops restaurants and the beach, which was included in our package and was wonderful. The woman at the desk was very sweet and very helpful. The free bicycles were a nice benefit. The studio was comfortable, clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed. We liked everything about Residence Riviera.
We had no complaints or disappointments.
The location was well placed with quaint road with lots of tree vegetation on both sides leading on to the high street. Also the idea that the beach was just a leisurely 10 minutes away was nice to know. Access to a well-stocked supermarket help my family save money as we never ate out and made our own home made meals. The availability of bicycle hire was also good to have as this helped us explore Rimini at our leisure - bike hire was only available from 10 am to 8pm daily. The air conditioning provided in the rooms was excellent as we would spend our days in the hot Sun and it was a big help coming home to a cool room.
Our room was not cleaned when promised but we approached the hired help who was very quick to give us a fresh supply of towels and toilet paper.
Excellent location (in the resort center, but still in a quiet place), helpful staff, free bikes. Surely will return if we stay in Rimini again.
Would be better to provide a little bit more facilities, e.g. a sponge, a dishcloth and more liquid for cleaning dishes - they are cheap, but in supermarket sell in big volumes, so we had to leave almost all after departure. And we found no teaspoons :)
It was like I have never moved away from home from the bathroom to the tv along with a microwave, sink and hob . Also Air conditioned with a nice balcony
The receptionist were all wonderful
.....the location was good- close to the beach, strip and bus stations.
There was no maid for the four days we stayed there, our towels were not changed and nor were the bins. There was only one member of staff 'looking after' the entire block who came in late every morning because she got drunk the night before and was also the cause of why we could not check out when we wanted to at the end of our stay. There was no staff during the night in case of emergency and extremely poor in most areas for being so ridiculously over priced.
