  This hotel exceeded our expectations. Stefano and Paola are wonderful, hospitable hosts and made out stay extremely pleasant. To be honest I never experienced people with so much dedication.   What makes this places unique is the owners Delia and Americo. They are incredibly hospitable and going out of the way to see that everybody at Terra Dei Santi feel comfortable and well. In spite our language barriers we were able to communicate and we receive valuable advices regarding our travel plans in Umbria. Deila were baking new cakes every day and we had - This was perfect for families. The owners were very nice. The room was spacious, immaculate and very private. Wifi is free and there is a TV which our 4 year old enjoyed the cartoon channel! He didnt want to leave. It was a great location. We got to Deruta and Assisi with ease!
