We were very impressed by the way staff arranged all transfers particularly because we did not speak Italian. The desk staff were wonderful. Such a relief to be able to communicate in English. Loved the place. -

Stayed here for one night. The location is perfect - 5-10 minutes walking from all major sights.Staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms are clean and comfortable. A la Carte Breakfast. Нuge roof terrace which offers a wonderful view of the sea. You can choose any welcome drink you like in thr bar.

I loved this hotel. Everything is perfect. The hotel has a greate design with a fantastic bar and restaurant with a very romantic views overlooking the bay. The staff is supernice and really make you feel welcome. This is a lovely place to stay if you want a bit of luxury and romance. It is offcourse a bit expensive also the bar and restaurant. But that is understandable - you get what you are paying for so it is OK.

The hotel provided a shuttle service free of charge. There was a lovely man waiting for us when we got off the hydrofoil, which made the travel a lot less stressful. Amazing service - a welcome prosecco on arrival, luggage taken up to our room from the car, room is tidied twice a day. Very nice private beach with free deckchairs/umbrellas. Great location by Isola Bella and close to the cablecar up to Taormina town. Would definitely recommend as a treat! -

Do not compare a 5* hotel in Sicily with a 5* hotel anywhere else in the world...Saying that, we had a lovely time despite some flaws, exploring the Etna region and playing golf on the oldest golf course in Sicily nearby (green fee reduction when you stay in the hotel). Make sure to visit Castiglione di Sicilia about 1/2 hr. away. Hotel is in a very quiet area in well kept grounds, perfect for a short break. Good Wi-Fi connection in rooms, but somehow slow speed (as everywhere in Sicily).

From the harbor we were picked up by the hotel. On arrival we got a drink, and our luggage was directly sent to our room. We got an upgrade to a room with sea view.
The hotel has a great outdoor pool, and is well maintained.
The hotel has two on site restaurant which are good.
The hotel has a nice SPA.
You really get the feeling they want to do
