  Reception staff very courteous and helpful. Gave us a free upgrade and let us check in our room early. Room facing the race track is really nice. very spacious and modern. Although the hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere, it is very close to the Autostrada and just a short drive to Ortigia Indoor pool is nice.   The hotel provided a shuttle service free of charge. There was a lovely man waiting for us when we got off the hydrofoil, which made the travel a lot less stressful. All of the staff were fantastic and made our stay a very pleasant one. We would love to return to Lipari one day and would definitely stay here again.
