This was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is of a high standard, very peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast is great with bread, cold cuts, fruits and pastries if desired.

Good to know is that you need a car and there is no pool, but the beach is close. -

Staff was just amazing, the views and surroundings are great and is strategically well placed inland but close to few beaches. Better if you go by car and with a GPS, at night can be tricky to get there for first timers.

The food was amazing! And the surrounding views of the mountains and countryside breathtaking. The location was remote but even if you don't travel here by car the staff are always at hand to help you with arrangements for local excursions.

the place is very nice, up on the mountain, fresh air and wonderful surrounding. Family that works there are such a nice people. They always run around and makes you feel like at home. Mother prepares dinner, you sit all together with other tourists, share, enjoy delicious food, wine and have a nice long talking evening with son Marco. Its a simple, cozy place that i never saw before and always would like to come back!

Let me preface this by saying October in La Maddalena is paradise, the tourist are gone and the island is wild. The Villa Del Parco is a nice and confortable hotel. We had the Juniot Suite with a terrace overlooking the sea and the hills to the left. The room was clean and orderly, the kitchen was a plus, it had all the utensils for cooking at home. Michele (the owner) is really nice and gives you a lot of useful
advices. On our last day he even drove us to the airport. He is really
trying his best to accommodate you (E.G. printing us vouchers for car
rental, recommending restaurants and trips, etc.).
Rooms are really nice, comfortable and clean. Before coming to Alghero I was a bit afraid about the comments of other guest about dogs barking all night and this was never the case in our 10-days stay.
