  Out of all the different options we had, we (3 friends) chose an apartment managed by Biriola Holiday - mainly because of the huge number of positive reviews. Communication with the manager, Matteo, was excellent and he was very friendly and helpful with everything - not to mention all the great insider tips he had for us! He took us around, showed us the garden at the back and told us we could help ourselves to the fresh herbs and chillis.   We liked the welcome and attention from all the staff at reception and in the dining area. The room space was good as was the garden setting. Breakfast was fine. Generally had a calm, quiet ambience when we were there in mid May. Free parking. - Lots of birds in the garden, sparrow's nests on the balcony, clean beach right near the hotel.

  The hotel itself is really nice, there's no spa/gym but the pool is outstanding, views are breathtaking and the private beach is really something else. We had a good time and La Bisaccia is worth seeing.

The location of the hotel is really perfect (A few minutes drive from porto cervo) . Make sure you rent a car while you are staying there,so that you can visit other beaches and places. This doesn't have anything to do with the location of the hotel, where ever you go in Sardinia you need to rent a car.

The town centre of Villasimius is a two minute drive, it's a ten minute walk along a long straight road so you can't go wrong.
