The front desk was very cordial. The waitstaff at the bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful. Everything we asked for (wake up call, taxi service at 5:00 in the morning) was handled professionally. We were even provided with a bagged breakfast to take to the airport. - The room and facilities were excellent and exactly as described on the net

The hotel was simply perfect! Ultra-modern design, clean and light room with free internet, orthopedic chair, tea and cofee making facilities, 'smart' bed, lots of amenities in bathroom etc. Excellence for as little as 70 Euro per night. The best hotel ever! - Very good modern hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Close by bus to the city centre.

Outstanding value for your money! The apt. Is just a door away from agrocery store making utilizing the kitchen very easy. The parking isvery secure... Most of the facilities are modern... The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!

Great new hotel, gives a perfect holiday feeling.
Very attentive staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant.
The area looks dodgy at first, but it's just around the corner of the residential area with shop and restaurants.
There is a direct bus into the city centre, you can buy tickets at the reception without any surcharge. -

The beautiful decor. The room was just beautiful! And also the staff went to special trouble to get us breakfast at 5:30 in the morning. It was very conveniently located for us to get our early AM flight. - I arrived late at night and had an easy check-in. The room wasremarkable, excellent. Breakfast was great in the morning, and easycheck-out.

Hotel is very nice! The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is air condition in each room, bathrooms are very pretty and clean.
