  The lady who runs the place was very friendly and spoke excellent English. Even though we arrived late, she was there to check us in. The residence is located in quiet and peaceful village. Not very touristy which was great. We walked a lot but I guess most people would drive. Great location with a lake view and mountain walks in the area.   Very neat and clean apartment with great views of the lake and lovely, expansive grounds. Has all facilities for self-catering and 2 supermarkets within easy walking distance. Washing machine in basement with drying racks also very convenient. We had an amazing time in Como altoget - The apartment is situated on a quiet street less than 10mins walk from the centre of Como, the manager Gabriella was very warm and welcoming, the apartment was bigger than expected, it was very clean and comfortable. It also came with a fully equipped kitchen which was very useful as were very close to the local fresh food market so we cooked a couple of evenings. Really enjoyed staying here in Como and would definitely recommend it.

  Fantastic location right in pretty village of San Felice del Benaco so can walk to cafes etc.Small supermarket opposite. Super bakery just around corner. We had lovely apartment with outside terrace with beautiful view and very clean. Ellie very helpful and attentive. Pool area stunning.
