It's our one of best place during the vacation. Our family had wonderful time and very much enjoy to stay there. The location is perfect to visit Como Lake. The view from the balcony was fantastic, full equipment kitchen. The owner is very nice, friendly and helpful. We would like to come back again!!

Wonderful, helpful and reliable staff. You could set your watch to the three rotating desk clerks, and each was extremely warm and hospitable. Wifi was very reliable, unlike that of other hotels which claim to offer it, and then it only works in the lobby. They maintain routers for each floor of the hotel to improve reception. -

Our stay at this hotel was one of the highlights of a three week holiday in Italy.Management and staff were remarkably friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. They were interested in what we had done each day and how they could help us to plan the next. The food was first class for breakfast and dinner.

We absolutely loved this B&B. Pietro met us at the train station in Olcio (a lovely surprise!). He and Maria were so lovely and couldn't do enough to look after us. We had the attic room on the top of the house which was spacious and had amazing views of Lake Como. We even had our own kitchen!

advantages of family run hotel - friendly and helpful staff, cosy rooms,
excellent breakfast, support and advices for what to see, where to eat
and how to organize your sightseeing activities. Perfect location - nice
view, quite place and easy access to all places to visit by car/boat
(optional). Parking in place is really important for this area.

Location is great with everything right out your front door - the very easy bus system, getting groceries, shopping and dining. The Castle & the city centre is a short walk as well, but I recommend using the bus as it stops right out the front of the apartment.

Everything. From the time we arrived we were made very welcome and special.
The rooms were fantastic, Decor, bathrooms, bedrooms and the fully equipped kitchen.
Air con was working the whole time we were there and was needed.
Location was brilliant and as described, a short walk from the lake, 50m max.

The apartment on the ground floor is massive, stunning and worth every penny, lovely pool that our kids and us enjoyed a lot. Very cool decor. In the evening time we sat on the veranda for aperitivos and the light from the pool and around was very nice.
Good cooking facilities.
Purple room nice but much more plain but nice views over mountains.
All was very clean, fresh and very good location in front of Lake.

Residence Domaso was a complete hit with us. It was our first time to the Italian lakes and my son had wanted to go to Garda but we loved our holiday here and thought lake Como fantastic!
The apartment was well designed, we loved that we could still get british tv from our apartment ( very sad I know) and above all we loved the personal touch that the family that run the Residence gave and the attention to detail. The pool and spa area was great and I thought the old part of Domaso was beaut
