Helpfullness of staff. A couple of minor problems sorted immediately we checked in and good advice given re travel to monza circuit. Advice via email prior to arrival was also excellent. -

The Staff cannot do enough for you. All desk staff speak great English.
The Spa is perfect. The breakfast is 5* quality with every variation you
