  Hotel Casa Yvorio is the best 2-star hotel I've ever visited. I can't imagine to say anything negative about the hotel or staff. Only the location quite far from Terracina center was a bit uncomfort, but having a car helped. - Very nice hotel just near the sea. Staff is kind and helpful. Room with a balcony was ok.

  Very quiet, large warm room with large bathroom.Bathrobes and slippers.Good breakfast. WIthin walkind distance from everything - 15-30 minutes - Spanish steps to Vatican and Capitol Hill. Owner is extremly helpful and nice. Best hotel for the price. We will be back next year. - Bathrooms were very modern and well kept. Very nice people.

  We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very clean and spacious with an enormous balcony. You have everything you need here. The beach is a 12 minutes walk away and Barbara kindly let us stay on the apartments' private beach for free also on the day that we were leaving. Every morning breakfast was delivered to our room. Hotel owner was a lovely, elderly lady who couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful (she even gave us a wake up call at 04:15 on day of departure and ordered taxi transfer to Termini for us).

  Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. - Room was very clean and adequate standard for the price. Location is close to the subway, two stops from Termini Railway Station.

  good location, clean room, less price and very very helpfull staff!!! The price of the stay was too good as compaired to other hotels with the same comfort - Very Good Staff and good location.The room was simple but clean and with all basic requirement as compared to other places in Rome for the same price.
