The location is perfect! You are near to the center (Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery are in 10 min by foot), but far from crazy tourists crowds.
The stuff is just great! Marco and Vicky (hope I wrote correctly their names!) helped us a lot when we asked to find us the tickets to the Fiorentina's game against Milan just one day before the match!

At first sight, it's hard to imagine the hotel in apartment building but after entering, we're impressed by the warm welcome and very helpful staffs, thank you Ludovica and Mario.
Avalability of private parking does help us a lot.
Great location, not so far from the heart of Florence by walking or by bus.

This is the most beautiful place my family and I have ever stayed. The
staff was absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and very friendly. We
stayed in room number 3, which was actually more like having your own
cottage than your common hotel room. No tv or phone in the rooms which
shouldnt be a problem for anyone because You are in Florence ! Get out
and walk around. We arrived at the train station and took a cab to our
room(€25). Once we arrived the staff told us about a bus route close by

We had difficult time locating property (altho we were traveling with no
phone, computer,GPS). Purposely booked south of the Arno as we did not
want to deal with ztl in town. Property is pretty much straight south of
Ponte Vecchio - about a 15-20 min walk but Bus 36/37 runs right past
property. Fare us 1.20 Euro for 90 minutes on/off of buses.

We all met Simone and my brother met Paolo and they are great. The place is cute and the garden is beautiful. It is extremely easy to reach city centre by bus and they give you all the information you may need. The room with a pc, books and coffee machine was a good surprise. If going to Firenze again, will definitely stay there.

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by Antonio who was wonderful! He oriented us to Florence, gave us a map, and made recommendations. He also recommended and helped us plan a day trip to Lucca. He helped us find train times and recommended a great restaurant. The room was large enough and each child had their own bed. Manuela the host was friendly and accommodating. The villa style rooms, with comfortable couches to just sit and relax in the large common room, was a wonderful experiance, after a long day exploring Florence.
