The estate “Catarina” is located in Pettineo. Pettineo is a little agricultural centre in the province of Messina. On the middle of the island, it is a perfect place to visit both West and East part of Sicily. Pettineo is just 40 km from Cefalù with its wonderful Dom, 95 km from Palermo. The property is structured on 2 floors. You may access from a spacious and bright living room with swimming pool view. This room is characterized by the fireplace and sofas where you can rest in total comfort . From here through an internal staircase it is possible to reach the first floor. The valuable furnishings remind the old times. Most of them in fact are antiques. In all the rooms it is possible to feel the good taste and the care of the owner who took care of the house, with attention to the smallest details. The sleeping area is made up of 4 bedrooms, two double bedrooms with en-suite shower on the first floor, one twin and one double on the ground floor where we can find also a further bathroom with tub. On the ground floor there is also a spacious and bright kitchen. The house is surrounded by a porch and large external spaces.
