  This is an interesting place in the absolute heart of old Palermo. It has an art gallery on the ground floor and occupies several rooms of a renovated apartment block. The rooms are big and clean BUT the place is noisy being on two laneways which have foot and motorbike traffic all night.   Bright, clean & freshly restored. Friendly & helpful owner & staff - really made to feel at home. Although a Bed & Breakfast, we could come and go at any time. - This is my second visit to B&B 22. I love the design element and the comfort. It is very conveniently located and I had no difficulty with parking either.

We were given an ENORMOUS apartment, not less than 100 sq. m., consisting of huge antechamber, big sitting room, huge bedroom with four-poster bed, kitchen, bathroom with essential toiletries, 3 balconies. 'Strong' breakfast, much more European than traditional Italian. The accommodation represents a good value for money. General impression: very positive, recommended.
