We are definitely coming back and suggesting to all our friend - We stayed twice in this lovely and very modern furbished hotel during our Sicily holiday. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable and we felt very welcome from the first second. Our hosts were very friendly and there was always a possibility to have a little conversation to get some tips what to do in Sicily. The breakfast was always lovely arranged and very delicious. A definite recommendation!

  Our host was very lovely and more than happy to help me chase up the airline to try and locate a missing bag. The breakfast was plentiful and the coffee delicious. The location was excellent - very close to Via Roma which led to the train station. Despite being close to main streets the B&B was very quiet.   I liked everything. I felt like at some old times of Palermo. My apartment was a dream, with curious stuffs to see in all sides. The couple who admins it helped us with restaurants, calling and booking to us. Very nice experience.

  Location was great, 5 mins from train and bus without being in a "dodgy" location as often happens with accomodation close to stations.Easy to find.   Bright, clean & freshly restored. Friendly & helpful owner & staff - really made to feel at home. Although a Bed & Breakfast, we could come and go at any time. - This is my second visit to B&B 22. I love the design element and the comfort. It is very conveniently located and I had no difficulty with parking either.

About a 20 minute easy walk from the centre, but regular buses available if needed, and airport bus stop very close.
