  Our host was very lovely and more than happy to help me chase up the airline to try and locate a missing bag. The breakfast was plentiful and the coffee delicious. The location was excellent - very close to Via Roma which led to the train station. Despite being close to main streets the B&B was very quiet.   Our beautiful room had original frescoed ceilings and exposed beams, gorgeous decoration and a huge terrace overlooking the street.   I liked everything. I felt like at some old times of Palermo. My apartment was a dream, with curious stuffs to see in all sides. The couple who admins it helped us with restaurants, calling and booking to us. Very nice experience.

  Location was great, 5 mins from train and bus without being in a "dodgy" location as often happens with accomodation close to stations.Easy to find.   Bright, clean & freshly restored. Friendly & helpful owner & staff - really made to feel at home. Although a Bed & Breakfast, we could come and go at any time. - This is my second visit to B&B 22. I love the design element and the comfort. It is very conveniently located and I had no difficulty with parking either.

  The hotel was really stylish, modern and clean and staff friendly and helpful. We left on the Sunday and were able to keep one of our rooms for a late checkout (6pm) with no charge, we thought this was excellent. - Soundproof room, good location, good breakfest
