  Our host was very lovely and more than happy to help me chase up the airline to try and locate a missing bag. The breakfast was plentiful and the coffee delicious. The location was excellent - very close to Via Roma which led to the train station. Despite being close to main streets the B&B was very quiet.   Bright, clean & freshly restored. Friendly & helpful owner & staff - really made to feel at home. Although a Bed & Breakfast, we could come and go at any time. - This is my second visit to B&B 22. I love the design element and the comfort. It is very conveniently located and I had no difficulty with parking either.

We stayed 4 nights and the staff were very helpful, and were particularly obliging when we wanted to change our room (personal reasons) - they really wanted to ensure that we were happy. We had a back room 415 and with the shutters closed it was silent. In summer if you wanted to open the shutters there is an aircon machine nearby which is noisy.
