  The hotel was in a beautiful setting in the country side. I would discribe it as rustic elegance at it's best. From the moment that the owners greeted us to the moment we left everyone bent over backwards to make our experience extrordiary and always with a smile. We had a private terrace over the chaple that looked out over the coun - Magical and arty renovation of an ancient farm, with charming and generous owners. Quirky and distinctive rooms and comfortable lounge with antiques. A particular highlight is the restaurant and superb friendly staff. No choice dinner but delicious every evening. We also enjoyed the free cooking tuition making pasta, bread and pork rolls. Overall a beautiful setting and a great place to explore Puglia for 4-5 days

  This is a wonderful place to stay for several reasons. The masseria itself and the surrounding countryside are both lovely. The staff (and even the owner) are friendly and engaging hosts. The rooms are huge and well-appointed. And the food is a special experience in itself.
