  staff were delightful - so welcoming and friendly Warm, family atmosphere location near Marco Polo Clean and big room cheap bar! Breakfast was basic but more than adequate will definately stay there again - Perfect to relax and get organized after tromping around Venice. Fantastic staff. Close to airport, no worries to catch a flight.

  We were pleased and surprised to find such a nice neat and clean hotel so conveniently located near the Marco Polo Airport. The breakfast was surprisingly large and diverse.   Excellent place to stay. People responsible for the B&B are very friendly. Excellent location (walking distance to airport, roughly 1 km). 30 minutes from Piazzale Roma (Venice) by bus 5. Stephano, the proprietor, went out of his way to accomodate me. The Number 5 bus both to Venice and to airport stops nearby. I booked it from the internet on a leap of faith because I was stranded due to Italian strike. Felt I lucked out.

  This is my regular stopping point to be near Venice Airport. The staff are alway very helpful and friendly regardless of time of day. The free shuttle to the airport is also "a nice touch" that a lot of other hotels don't offer.A great place to stop. - The very closest hotel to the Airport.
