  The hotel location is just great. we really enjoyed the stay here. the hotel even offers us free bikes to the castle. that's just nice. however, the owner of the hotel is not that hospitality. maybe she cannot speak English very fluently. the turkish spa is not open after 730 and the TV in the room cannot watch football match. we have to go downst... co mówią ludzie » airs in the bar for the match. - After having spent time in Rome and the mountains of Italy, Naples is completely different. It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry. The scenery from the windows with a view of the port are beautiful.

  Superb city boutique hotel. Renovated with wonderful style and modern comforts. Staff were extremely helpful. Very good central location. Could walk everywhere including to the port. Owner was gracious. Best cappuccino machine I encountered on our 3 week trip through Italy. Breakfast was fine. Arnaldo and Daniella did all they could to make us welcome. Excellent value - Don't be put off by the entrance. Behind the front door and up the elevator you will find a great B and B with a friendly, helpful owner in a great Naples location. A short walk to the Promenade along the water (even at night), close to an upscale shopping neighborhood but not a bad walk into the central historic district of Naples. Good value BandB.

  good safe location with easy access to transport links. also nice rooms with very good choice at breakfast - The staff was extremely helpful, the location was perfect--close to the metro and on the Mergellina waterfront--and the room was large and beautifully renovated. The breakfast was the most substantial we had during three weeks in B and Bs.
