The best asset of this hotel is the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very well-appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was typically continental, with a lot to choose from. It was served in a fabulous baroque dining room. We wanted to explore the historic centre of Naples and this hotel is well-located to do so. We booked at last minute so the fare was low.
We got for a small amount of money the facilities of a hotel which sometimes is better (24 hr service, a more complete breakfast, easy to access).
Good value for money and a nice place to stay when planning to be outside all day.

The hotel is located very close to the Central Rail Station, which makes it very easy to get to Pompei or Sorento. You can also reach the historical city center on foot in less than 30 minutes. The hotel looks very nice, it is spotless clean and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic italian-style, but they have fresh pastry avery morning and you can rely on it to start the day. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was right in the middle of Via Chiaia - a great location for visitors to Napoli. The room was lovely and modern and the shower rocked!!! The staff were so helpful - they even helped us to watch the Man United football match in our room when we couldn't find a bar that was showing it. - Stylish. Free upgrade to suite.

We loved the location, friendly staff, the rooms which were spacious and quiet and the breakfast great.
Our room overlooking the street was great to sit on the balcony and watch all the activity below. We were close to everything - shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, the Lungomare and the airport bus. I really can't fault this hotel at all - it's a wee gem!
