An excellent location for our first visit to Modena. We were travelling by car and found the hotel easily with our satnav and the staff had kindly left the (pre-booked) garage open for our arrival. While modest in price and by no means in the luxury category, the hotel went way beyond expectations in terms of service, cleanliness and lovely unexpected touches that showed how much the proprietors cared about the well-being of guests. The facilities are very modern and well kept. The staff is extremely friendly yet professional. The hotel is well located close to Modena but easier to access than a downtown hotel. An extra bonus was getting to see all of the Ferrari vehicles parked in the lot which were owned by visitors of the nearby Ferrari factory. -

cheap alternative for a stay in the city centre. Run by a
perfectionist landlandy the apartment was both superclean,
comfortable. The wi-fi worked excellent (contrary to other
hotels/BBs we stayed at during our week in Italy). We're

We just text our request and it was sorted, Nothing was too much trouble. So many little shops nearby and fresh food market every day about ten minutes walk from apartment.
