We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Federica's Home. We spent 4 nights in this converted apartment. Federica has transformed the apartment into a very homely, comfortable and modern B&B. The Metro is on the same block. Wonderful restaurant two doors down,
good shopping in area, and the Best Gelato in all of Europe a couple of
blocks over. Colosseum is about 5 blocks straight down from the hotel.

Victoria is very nice owner. Room was clean, bedding also, what is
very important to me. Rooms are without breakfast. But you get coffee
and tea if you like in the rooms. Location is near station Termini. We
had to leave town in 4:30 A.M. So it was quit and safe street to get

Stayed for 2 nights July 2013 prior to a cruise. Jerson was amazing and
did more than what was the normal call of duty. A wonderful individual
who took the time to ensure his guests were most comfortable and
offering city info on various sites. Breakfast was plentiful and

1) Good location: though the hotel owner said it's walking distance from Termini train station, however, we took the Metro from train station once bought the Rome Pass. Took Metro Line A, and get off at Manzoni, the hotel is just 5 minutes by walk. It locates at residencial area, thus, it's not as noisy as train station area.

At Home Townhouse, is an excellent b & B. Great room with fridge
stuffed: iorgurte, soft drinks, juices, beer, champgne, all super fair
price. In my stay with wife nothing was charged for Katia and Pina.
Speaking of them, are two people who do everything to make u feel
comfortable. Are aware of everything you need. Provide a contact
telephone 24h. The breakfast is served in the room or in a special space

Friendly staff, very helpful. Held our bags for us even after we had checked out. I noticed how clean it was, especially the bathroom! Very happy with our stay and the best part for us is that we felt very safe. Reception had to buzz us in so we could go upstairs to get to our room. Clean, safe and friendly, there isn't much better than that!

The location is very good: near the railway station Termini (it is especially great if you use the train to/from the airport), walking distance from the downtown and 1 min from metro. The localization is veery good ( for us at least ;P)- 5 minutes walking to metro Manzoni which is close to Termini, the central railway station. The staff was really kind and helpful, breakfasts tasty. There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.
