I was particularly impressed that when I tried to ask a porter a question and he could not answer I got a call so fast from reception to ask what was my question before I had time to pick up the phone to call reception.   Very nice, clean and frendly place. Great location Termini station is 10 min walk distance, the Metro station was 3 min walking. Coliseum is 15 min walk. Daniele, was very helpful and nice.
