  The set-up is a bit weird, there is no actual hotel lobby. Instead you are given keys by the staff of the Ippoppotamo restaurant. But, then you are led to the back of the hotel and to your own private room and wow! The hotel isn't cheap but it surely is worth every cent!   The B&B was perfectly located, right down the street from Piazza Bra in the center of town, and very close to a number of restaurants. It was easy to walk to all the sights we had picked out to visit. The bus from the train station stopped very near the B&B. The room was very quiet at night, not on a maj - I cannot fault this beautiful BnB at all. The staff were amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. It was close to the station (20 min leisurely walk), shops, restaurants and Casa Di Giulietta. We were sad that our visit was short as we would have loved to have stayed a couple more days.   I was very pleasntly surprised by it all, the location was fantastic, very central, the hotel was of a very high standard, clean and warm. The staff, which were mainly family were extremely helpful and very friendly and were very accomodating to our needs.
