  The location was number 1, followed closely by a wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Every single person I met in the hotel was nice and they went out of their way to orient me in Milan. A busy street might be problem for some (but come on, it IS in the city) but I prefer that I am safe when coming home at night, better than some quiet dark street in middle of nowhere.
