  We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and we would recommend it. Excellent location: just two blocks away from Termini train and metro stations. To get there from the airport, We got a bus for just €5. Then it's a very short walk from the station to the hotel.   Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. The location is excellent. 3 blocks from termini. I searched Google Earth before and it was easy to get there. I recommend this hotel and I would return back with great pleasure. - I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

  Everything was great!! No complaints at all. The owner is very friendly and accomadating. The room was very nice and was plently of space for the four of us. Never ran out of hot water in the evening when all four of us were trying to shower after a hot day of exploring Rome. Cleaned daily. Very close to termini station, so it has very good access to public transportation. Definitely very good value for money.
