  The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. It was conveniently located on a busy, famous square, which was magnificent (and great fun) to overlook, but yet so quiet when the windows were closed. The staff was helpful and kind. In most cases when I've asked a hotel for a double bed when we've arrived we got a different room; this is the first hotel in a long time where we had the double bed we asked for! The location is fantastic and you can hardly hear the noise on the street.

  The hotel is small, but lovely and the staff are very kind and helpful. You can't beat the location--so close to many of the main attractions of Florence. Due to road closures because of flooding in our area of the USA, we missed our flight to Florence and arrived 2 days late. Our expectations were definitely exceeded! The breakfast was the best we h - This was a super hotel in an awesome location for Florence. The rooms were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and breads. I absolutely would stay there again!
