We had a great time in this 'guest house', as it's not a
hotel. We took a double room, it's was really new, clean and very

We stayed here for 8 days with our nine month old baby and we were very satisfied. Stuff is very friendly and helpful (organized our transfer from and to airport), everything is clean and well maintained. Rooms are soundproof and nicely decorated. Open kitchen is very practical and useful, with salty and sweet breakfast. Wi-Fi was free and with good signal. - perfect location - just a few minutes from Termini station and a walking distance from all main sights of the city center

The owner was very helpful and was always available. We had some
trouble connecting to the wifi and she gave us the use of her tablet
which had a separate internet connection. She also didn't charge us
for the wifi. The location is great as it is right next to the main
road - Via Nazionale. It was also located in a very safe area as the
place was next to the Ministry of Defence offices. Presentation-wise:
you get what you pay for.

jesteśmy zadowoleni - the staff were amazingly helpful!! and it was literally a 5minute walk to the colloseum and all major site of interest!! we walked the whole time we were in rome and nothing was to much for the staff. we were lent books for reading and were advised to see other parts of rome that were not conventional but extremely beautiful,

The location was great (very close to Termini train station and all other sightseeing spots.) and the room was very clearn. Our luggage arrived late (due to the airline mistake) and the owner of Aenea was kind enough to stay late in the evening to wait for it to help us. We give the highest rating for the hotel.

"Viminale" is an excellent location (also friendly and helpful neighbors - not seedy at all, as somebody wrote).
Many sights within a short walking distance (colloseo, foro Romano, etc.).
Nearby Metro gets you quickly and cheaply (1.50 euro for age 12 and up) to Vatican city.

Sal was absolutely terrific answering questions before we arrived and then while there - and holding our luggage for part of the day.
