wonderful days. The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a
computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which
we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street
near the termini. It is easy to walk to the Colosseum and Forum area.

We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi. The lobby with the free-to-use pc + printer is very handy to book your return flight and print out your boarding passes. In the rooms there is free wifi and a mini refrigerator. This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building.
The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds.
This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop. Great location if you want to be in that part of town (which we did). -

It was really good standard. Great location with a nice square with a fountain around the corner and a view over colosseum. Nearby alot of sightseeing and a Metro station around the corner. 15 min walk to Termini. The staff was really serviceminded and helped us call about our luggage since we weren't able to recieve it when we were on a guided tour. High speed free internet. Comfortable beds and alot of space. We were in the suite so we also hade a fridge and a little pentry. Good cleaning eve

Very good price to quality ratio. A hungarian lady who worked there was
very nice and there was no problem in communication even though she
spoke litlle english. Breakfast was good, but sweet only. Kitchen is
awailable all day to have a coffee or tea.

Our flight to Rome was delayed for two hours and arrived at Cleopatra B&B around 1AM. The room keeper was kind enough to check us in.

Al 138 Townhouse is a short walk from Trastevere a suburb of Rome that boasts many restaurants and bars to try.
