  Mr. Franco was very helpful & friendly. He gave us directions on how best to get to the hotel from the airport in advance. Room and all amenities were clean. Twin beds were small but comfy. We were amazed by the effort Franco made to ensure that we were accomodated like queens and we felt there like at home. The room had a beautiful interior, it was very comfortable and clean. The perfect choice we can sincerely recommend to everybody. THANK YOU VERY MUCH also for the great help with organising the birthday surprise for my child and the delicious cake prepared! The location was great (very close to Termini train station and all other sightseeing spots.) and the room was very clearn. Our luggage arrived late (due to the airline mistake) and the owner of Aenea was kind enough to stay late in the evening to wait for it to help us. We give the highest rating for the hotel.

  When embarking on our first trip to Europe this summer, we decided to use B&B's as opposed to hotel chains during our travels, hoping to get a more personal and private experience. Upon arrival we were welcomed into the "home base" of the establishment and shown to our quarters across the street in another building. On our floor was a guests' common area complete with kitchen facilities, balconi - Location was excellent (once we found it!) very close to coliseum and some nice local restaurants. Room was fairly small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was continental-style but ample and very good. Staff were helpful but only spoke Italian but we were able to communicate through miming and some broken Italian/English.

  Catia was there to greet us and looked after us on a very personable level. The hotel was amazing. For us it had the best view in Rome. It was like being inside the Colesseum we were so close. I am also a really fussy traveller and I'm never satisfied with anything due to having a life in the top hotels due to work. S - Well... we had the view- so there wasn't much more to focus on! It was so easy to find from the metro and the um huge site right outside the doors. This hotel is above a restaurant with the same name. We got a key to enter through the side whenever we wanted. We were on the third floor (they'd say second in Italy) with stairs, but it was no problem for us. The room was huge and I could have held a party in that bathroom. The shower was amazing. The a/c was one of the strongest in my experience.

This place offers everything, surrounded by archeological/ historical tourist attraction, convenient shop, taxi just infront of your door step, bus stop and sightseeing bus just 200 meters away, restaurants... And most importantly, u can just lie down on the bed and watch the colleseum
