Rome is a great place to visit,we found the Romans friendly people but bad drivers(some insults were transmitted),having rented bikes made all the difference to visit the city,amazingly few people cycle around,the food is great

We stayed three nights at the hotel and enjoyed every minute. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, the rooms clean - although the shower and elevator were each about half the size of a phone booth, and the breakfast was very good. The second we got there we received assistance with everything we needed including restaurant recommendations and help getting train reservations for the rest of our trip. We stayed in the Presidential suite, so our frame for description starts
out pretty positive! First off, the location was perfect. From the
Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only
time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was
excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no
English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy.
The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone
in Rome)

I was on the business trip and it was very important to me to recharge my battery after a hard day.
In this hotel I was able to relax and also thought about the day being in Rome.
the staff is very friendly. Everyone was ready to help me in different matters: to book a taxi; the advice of how it is easy to get an unknown place for me in Rome.
the room was clean all the time during my stay.

I have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights.
Usually when I travel with groups or
solo, the hotels are 4 stars but when I have chosen this hotel I was totally right that the hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet as 2 * hotel is worth €10 as in 4 * hotel. The best thing is 2 minutes distance from Piazza Navona

The location was perfect, near the piazza Navona and at walking distance from all the major sights in Rome, such as Vatican city and the Trevi fountain.
The hotel staff was really friendly, I even got a little piece of chocolate on my pillow :) the breakfast was really simple but great, not overdone but just some cereals, breadrolls, cornettos, and various kinds of spreads.
