I was particularly impressed that when I tried to ask a porter a question and he could not answer I got a call so fast from reception to ask what was my question before I had time to pick up the phone to call reception.   Stayed in the Aladino Inn for seven days and can only say that this is a very good hotel for the money. The staff are extremely friendly and will give you all their time to please you, also their english is very good and I had no problems communicating to them considering I know no italian.   It is just one block from the termini station. The owners are nice. The air Conditioning works okay. Easy walk to grocery near metro and train - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location near Termini was very convenient.
