We stayed there on Valentine's Day so when I walked into the room, there was a long stemmed rose and a note from the hotel sitting at the table. It was a very nice touch. The staff was really helpful and nice. Clean room and bathroom. Wi-fi was working good. There is standard breakfast with eggs, two types of flakes, yogurt, toasts, croissants, cheese and bacons, coffee, juice from bottles.

  Location is right in the centre near Arena. The hotel is very cute in an ancient building. Two stylish old ladies at the reception ( the owners I guess ) were very friendly. They gave us a discount while we were paying as we missed our breakfast. And we were asked to pay at check out. The price via booking com was pretty low for a place like that.... co mówią ludzie » Excellent place. - This hotel can compare very well with some 4-star ones I have been to and when I asked the Management why it was classed only as a 2-star I was told it was because they did not have space for a lounge! Bureaucracy!!!

  The owner, Romeo, became a friend more than a host. He provided tons of info about the sightseeing, the culture and the history of Verona. Room was nice and clean. We got the room with the patio: it wasn't larger than a balcony but had a table, an umbrella, two chairs and a lamp, which allowed us to rest and have our meals there. Nearest Veronabike stop is 20 minutes of walking away but we didn't mind walking that distance every day for one week because the area is quiet and - This is the best recommendation I've given so far. the host is very thoughtful and friendly, advised many things about the city and does everything to make you feel comfortable. Rooms are nice, very clean and quiet. very good Internet connection and air-conditioning. I stayed for 2 nights and for me it was perfect. It's easy to get to the center and I actually prefer it is located not directly in the city center. I definetely would come back if I was around.
