  Proprietor was very friendly and helpful. Arrived early without notice but she accommodated us without complaint - greatly appreciated. Comfortable bed.   First,location and value for the money were the best. Then,when we arrived,the warm welcome from the owner,who was waiting for us for 2 hour (due some traffic problems) ,and his attention for all details,from the parking place for our car just in front,to help with luggage to the second floor,city map and restaurant and city sights recommendation,... co mówią ludzie » all was perfect. Very nice structure,an old house,from 1860,well designed,with all you need for a short or long stay,5 minute(on the stairs) from the - Unique - wonderful surprize to open the door at the top of 4 flights of stairs of a very old building to lovely rooms with antique furniture , breakfast in a sunfilled room with antique dishes and the most courteous host, David. Highly recommended as long as you are able to climb a lot of stairs.

The location was brilliant, the staff were lovely, breakfast was beautiful and featured local produce, there's a crazy lovely naughty puppy dog who was great, it's across the road from a lovely osteria called Marise (go!)... I would love to stay in this place forever. I wish all hotels were like this.
