  The location was within 1 block of St. Peters Square - you couldn't be any closer. The history of the area and the rest of the city is overwhelming. You ask "am I really here"? Fabio was very personable and gave us recommendations of where to eat that were close to the hotel as well as how to get to the sites. The bathroom was large with a rainforest sh - The location was absolutely perfect for access to St. Peter's and the Sistine Chapel. Fabio, Alexandra, and Daniel each went out of their way every day to make our stay special. The room was very well appointed and absolutely sparkling clean. We were so impressed with the service that we extended an additional day and our next trip to Rome absolutely will be to the your hotel. Thanks, Rudi for a special place.

  The apartment hotel was in an excellent neighborhood in terms of proximity to sites. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and discovering excellent bars and restaurants.   The place is actually an apartment turned into a nice Bed & Breakfast. It is located on the last floor of the 7 story building right next to Vatican wall and 5min from St Peter’s, very central!   Such a lovely place to stay with the best host Cynthia who really looked after us. Room very clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Freash fruit juice, lovely coffee and amazing toasted sandwiches. We went back to collect our bags to head to the airport and got news that our flight was cancelled till the next day. Would recommen - Staff were amazing. This is a small B&B and they made of feel very comfortable from the start. They brought our luggage to our room, gave us a great map and lots of recommendations for sights and local stuff. The woman was so nice and made us the most amazing breakfast ever. Location is amazing as its only minutes to the Vatican or a bus route that goes directly to the colosseum area.
