  Our guy Andrea was fantastic. He met us when we arrived and was very thorough in describing how to get around the city. He helped us make reservations at the Borghese, found a bus route for us, and recommended a hike we thought was great.   The location is excellent, right near Vatican city. We were in the Michelangelo suite and had a nice view of the city. There is a very good restaurant right around the corner, just start walking towards the museum entrance and its the first one on the right. Also excellent gelato down stairs. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Breakfast was incl - The metro was a couple of blocks away and we could easily get to all the tourist attractions. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2 minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip something to remember forever.   Roberta, great location. One block from the Vatican. Very clean. Great neighborhood. Safe, great little restaurants. Nice little coffee shop right a cross the street.   We enjoyed our stay in this friendly B&B with excellent location just across from the side entrance to the Vatican. Bus 64 also took you to Termini passing by the main stops to touristic areas for only €1.50 a 100 minute bus/train ticket. They also recommended a restaurant accross the street with excellent - The staff were helpful and very welcoming. Thwy were also flexible with me letting me leave my bags before an after checking out. The location was perfect as well (just a few blocks to the Vatican City and right across from a bus stop that can take you directly to the train station).

The B&B itself is also pretty close to the Vatican Museum, actually you can see the wall of Vatican at the street. The staff there is very kind and helpful, the room is clean and comfort.

Irina was extremely friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and clean, and we controlled our air conditioning (a huge plus after 12 hours of walking!).
