  We had a beautiful room overlooking the Rialto Bridge and main canal in Venice. We were able to see the gondolas go by and the room was super comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff was very friendly as well. - Nice hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast, good excellent location.

  Location was excellent . Our room had a canal view which was unique. Noisy if windows open but new windows shut out the noise. Very clean and looked like the picture. Room was a great size, with instantly hot shower - have heard that in Venice you can get both a small room and bad water pressure but no issues on this side. Staff very helpful, we got to check in early as the room was ready and they kept our bags safe on the last day until late at night. Also ate in the restaurant which was good food, staff here more than helpful as the terrace flooded during high tide and they piggy back

The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt.   The owner of this hotel is a very elegant man, who was very helpful and made our stay all the more enjoyable. The room itself was not large but had a wonderful veranda that overlooked a canal.
