  Davide was very helpful with all our questions before and during our stay. Everyone else there was also very pleasant. A very quiet place, especially for the great location between San Marco and Rialto Bridge. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed quite comfy.   Excellent location and standard of room - delightful quiet part of Venice, very helpful staff - Umberto met us at the vaporetto stop and helped us get our bags to the hotel. The room was gorgeous with beautiful canopied bed and large bathroom all just completed.

  This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by. Very nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is not easy to find (actually - nothing is easy to find in Venice except main landmarks) so be prepared to walk aroung for an hour or so until you get used to the location. Hotel has it's own pier so it is very easy to get if you take a water taxi or private boat from aiport or train station. Overall - will recommend the hotel.
