  We loved that it was so easy to get to and from the Realto Bridge for arrivals and departures and for additional day trips... The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt. Room was a great size, with instantly hot shower - have heard that in Venice you can get both a small room and bad water pressure but no issues on this side. Staff very helpful, we got to check in early as the room was ready and they kept our bags safe on the last day until late at night. Also ate in the restaurant which was good food, staff here more than helpful as the terrace flooded during high tide and they piggy back
