Just wanted to pay attantion to several fact only because for someone that could be decisive and crusial: very small rooms but cosy, about 10-15 minutes on foot to metro station.   We had a very pleasant stay in the B&B Roma Central. Our room was more than big enough for two guests, very clean and very cozy. And in addition the balcony was a great benefit. Good location, close enough to the train station to collect our car, near the metro, but in excellent walking distance of most of the sites of Rome.
