It was right around the corner from the Duomo, so the location was great.   The staff was very warm and kind. My first night, I came back to my room in the evening and it smelled like smoke. Likely because a neighbor was illicitly smoking. The manager felt bad about that and couldn't move my room that night but did so the next morning. He also upgraded my room as compensation.   I really liked the decor of the reception and also corridor. Room was pretty simple. I booked one room with two singles beds. There was a sink in a room, tv, wardrobe and phone + free wifi. Very quiet area, no problem with sleeping (no noises outside) which is a big plus in such a big city which never sleeps.
