  Location is excellent in - walking distance to most major attractions. Lots of good restaurants close by. Room size was great, very spacious and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast - in the room or on the common terrace - very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.

  Loved the location and friendly staff. This was our first experience with a B&B and all I can say is that this was just great. It's a minute from Trevi fountain, costs 8 euro from Termini by taxi.   We loved this place! The location is just amazing! Out the front door and 30 seconds later your at the Trevi Fountian. 2 minute walk to the via del corso, restaurants all around you and walking distance to all the major historic sites. our room was large, comfortable and spotless with good facilities. They really make you feel at home! We have - Very good hotel! Incredibly helpful personnel,want to thank again two girls from reception and Francesca for the amazing service. Breakfast directly into the room and it was really rich- me and my wife could not eat everything. Conditionier in the room saved us from the hot weather, which sometimes exceeded 30 celsius degrees outside. Silence, clean, superb. Placed couple meters from Trevi fountain,all historical places so close. I left this hotel with a very warm memories :) No doubt next time

  Location was fabulous and they made me feel like I was home. Very comfortable and friendly. - as already said by others, the location is excellent. and in no particular order: The bed was very comfortable; the staff was welcoming and helpful; coffee was tasty; and even the weather cooperated. we'd stay at Eva's again any time.
