  The staff at Navona Suites were extremely helpful. The answer was always 'yes' and with a smile. They dealt with every single request immediately and gave great advice on places to visit and local expertise on prices and timings of trips.   I travel in Italy a lot, work and have a home there. This hotel had millionaire service and an economy price. The hotel was immaculate. The staff was incredibly hospitable and informative and accommodating. The beds were fantastic - I shared a two twin room - I need a support mattress and this mattress was superb. I slept quite well. I will stay here again a - The location was perfect. The place was super clean and the staff was very attentive a curious! Read some other reviews about the noise.. The place is so centrally located so there was some noise but the sound- proof windows blocked nearly all if the ground noise. The owners even set up transfer to the airport that came early. I have stayed in Rome at 3 other places and this was the best for the combo of clean, value, and location! Will definitely stay again!

The room itself was warm, comfortable and very clean. Usually when I travel with groups or solo, the hotels are 4 stars but when I have chosen this hotel I was totally right that the hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet as 2 * hotel is worth €10 as in 4 * hotel. The hotel staff was really friendly, I even got a little piece of chocolate on my pillow :) the breakfast was really simple but great, not overdone but just some cereals, breadrolls, cornettos, and various kinds of spreads.
