The hotel was clean and pretty. The location could not be any better, as it is right across from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna train stop. The first person who was at the desk when I arrived was incredibly helpful and nice, and had them clean my room for me first, since I was so tired from my plane ride. He also told me where I could go at night that was not full of tourists. The breakfast served in my room was also very nice.

We liked everything about this cosy and home away from home hotel. The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing - a 1 minute walk to Spanish steps. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area, a food store is 5 min walk. The owning couple of the hotel (Natalya and her husband) were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgebable and also nice partners in conversation.I was met by Natalya- a very friendly lady who gave an informative introduction to the city of Rome. My husband & I recently stayed at Les Fleurs and were thoroughly
impressed with the design, the large rooms and most importantly the
service. It's a small 5 bedroom boutique so it was an intimate stay
and the staff was more than accomodating. The rooms & bathrooms are
extremely spacious and modern. The breakfast was great with a lot of

It's amazing hotel! Specially 3d floor "Forest"! Even in hall you could understand that this hotel is right place for stay in Rom. We have booked Doubleroom Deluxe but hotel upgraded room till Junior suite without extra money! Suite has moved bed and jakuzzi like small pool! Hotel is only few minuts from Piazza Spagna, underground, shopping street, restaurants, Fontaine de Trevi etc. Personal is very friendly! We will be back one (or more) times for sure!

The location is excellent and the service was friendly and top-notch.
This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building,
not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't
be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could
find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.

This hotel has a perfect location, about 7 min walk from Fontana Di Trevi and within a walk distance to Colosseum, Vittorio, Pantheon, Spanish steps etc.
Our room was small but clean and quiet, and after all we didn´t spend so much time in the room.
The staff was very friendly – they offered happy hour every day and we missed it every day. But when we came back to the hotel in the night they had placed two glasses of Prosseco and some canape´s in our room :-)
