This hotel is charming! Upon arrival, the very friendly and helpful staff were there to open the doors and offered us a cold drink and a place to sit and rest during check-in. This is a smaller boutique hotel with excellent service! Rooms are small but luxuriously appointed and comfortable with more storage than immediately meets the eye. The Hotel was excellent. Very well located (15meters from the boat station San Angello). Walking from there was a pleasure, and it is about 10 minute walk from San Marco plazza.

Venice, we intentionally looked for a room with updates and some space
and Carnival delivered both. Check in was easy and quick! The hotel was
in the quite end of town and away from the crowd. It is also a very
short distance (5min) to the public transportation dock and maybe 15 min

We stayed one night at the Palazzo Peruta in April. The staff were extremely gracious in honouring a booking that I had made for the Junior Suite, despite me making an error in the booking for the wrong date, they managed to be able to give us the room that we wanted.
The staff were extremely polite and helpful with instructions on how to get around the city, and looked after our baggage when we went for a walk about the city after we had checked out.
