  They went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Loved the room and the fact that there was an accessible laptop for guests and a phone in our room. We arrived early and left our bags, but were only able to do that because the cleaning lady was there. When we returned after a long day, the manager did not answer knocking on his door. I walked over 4 blocks to find someone who would help me call him -- he answered the phone call and my rescuer worked out getting me in.   We had a very pleasant stay in the B&B Roma Central. Our room was more than big enough for two guests, very clean and very cozy. And in addition the balcony was a great benefit.
